Our Nursing and NCLEX Study Resources are led by Michelle S. Costello, MSN, MPH, CNE, RN, Redox Educators’ Lead Nursing Educator. With a distinguished background in nursing education, curriculum design, and public health, Michelle brings a wealth of experience to help students master the core competencies required for clinical success.

She is currently developing Redox’s Pre-Nursing Foundations Course, designed to equip aspiring nurses with the knowledge, confidence, and critical thinking skills needed before entering rigorous nursing programs. These NCLEX and nursing study materials emphasize evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and high-yield exam preparation, ensuring every learner builds a strong foundation for both licensure and clinical excellence.
